Once your machine is dropped off, it’s placed in the queue to be diagnosed. (For customers who need a quicker turnaround, we also offer Rush Service—your machine jumps to the front of the line and is diagnosed within 24 hours for an additional fee).


Step 2: Testing & Diagnosis

Next, we dig in. Using both manual and computerized diagnostic tools, we test the machine’s key components—power output, control boards, diodes, capacitors, switches, and wiring. Our goal is to pinpoint the root cause, not just patch the symptom.


With newer machines, we may connect to onboard diagnostic systems. For older units, we rely on decades of hands-on knowledge and schematics we’ve used for years.


Step 3: Estimate & Approval

After diagnosis, we create a detailed repair estimate that covers labor, parts, and turnaround time. We always contact the customer before moving forward. No surprises—just honest, upfront pricing.


If the repair cost is too high relative to the machine’s value, we’ll tell you that too. We’re not here to sell unnecessary work—we’re here to help you make the best decision.


If you approve the estimate, we move forward with the repairs. If not, only the checkout fee is due, and your machine will be ready for pickup.


Step 4: The Repair

With the green light, we get to work. Repairs can range from replacing a blown diode or bad switch to rewiring, rebuilding circuit boards, or even engine work on engine-driven units. We use quality parts, trusted suppliers, and methods that match OEM standards whenever possible.


Every machine gets careful, detailed attention—because we know you’re trusting us with your livelihood.


Step 5: Testing & Quality Check

After repairs are completed, we run a full system test to make sure the machine performs as it should—under load, in real-world conditions. We double-check all connections, calibrations, and safety functions.


If something isn’t perfect, it doesn’t leave the shop.


Step 6: Pickup

Once testing is complete, we contact the customer for pickup. We’ll walk you through what was done, what to expect, and how to keep your machine running strong going forward.
